Also, trips can be a bit stressful even if you have fun. The stress can cause your body to hold water and a lot of other stuff. As you settle back in to being home you will be fine.

I got off track too. Stress at work and at home..and I seem to "go away" from what is healthy. When I get back on track I am amazed at how I pretended the slips weren't going to matter. They matter. The scale shows you that. Getting back to it as soon as you can is what matters. Your post hits home sooo much.:cry:

It is the commitment that matters...I gained 3 pounds...and decided...you know..I am in this for the long haul...over time..it will work. And I am in for the health. So good days....most of the time...and off-the-wagon days...get back on track as soon as you can. Sticking to it matters...sticking to it even when it's hard…

potassium...eat bananas....I was a college swimmer..and when we got muscle cramps..usually meant we needed potassium... coach said bananas.. Coconut water (get at health food stores) has tons of potassium.
