  • I was just talking to a teacher and he was saying that say you ate a slice of bread at 100 calories and a marsbar the next day at 100 calories he was saying that the mars was full of sugar so it would put weight on you. I thought that all the food on this site took all that into consideration.??????
  • I have a tendancy to jump on the scales all the time but i think the weight goes up and down every day, so when its up a wee bit it gets you down. So think will try and stick to one day a week maybe wed or the day when i am the lightest:laugh:
  • Ok thanks Will have a go. Really hard this diet game. I work funny hours. Up early and home early so dont tend to eat a lot during the day and starving at night.
