Any Good Diet For Unusual Hours
I get up at 6am and start work at seven so i am never usualy that hungry till later in the day so never take a of breakfast. I finish at 3pm so a lot of time in the house or should i say away from work. We normally have something about 5 so its a long time till then. And usualy not a lot of calories left for the big diiner…

Calories Again
I was just talking to a teacher and he was saying that say you ate a slice of bread at 100 calories and a marsbar the next day at 100 calories he was saying that the mars was full of sugar so it would put weight on you. I thought that all the food on this site took all that into consideration.??????

Calories Per Day
I was just wondering. The calories on this site are they set so you loose weight if you stick to that total or do you need to get under them. Or is it just a bonus if you get under them. :smile:

Weigh In
When is the best time and day to have a weigh in. Is it in the morning or? When i was at weight watchers it was a monday. But you had all these pro points to use at the weekend so you were heavier then. When does your weight actually come off? is it after excercise or every day???:ohwell:

Carry Over Calories
Is it possible to carry over calories from a few days that are unused for an occassion or is it best just to leave them the way they are.
