I was just wondering. The calories on this site are they set so you loose weight if you stick to that total or do you need to get under them. Or is it just a bonus if you get under them.

I try to stick to the calories that it says but there are time I do go under. I have only been on here since 1/03 the first week down 9 pounds. I weigh in the morning hoping to be down 3 or 4 more.0

you will lose weight on the amount of calories that you have been given and everytime you lose 10lb you will be asked if you want to adjust your calorie allowance, or if you are not happy with the amount of calories you have been given you can change them yourself by editing them. Good luck0

I was just talking to a teacher and he was saying that say you ate a slice of bread at 100 calories and a marsbar the next day at 100 calories he was saying that the mars was full of sugar so it would put weight on you. I thought that all the food on this site took all that into consideration.??????0
