  • I drink Herbalife shakes with added protein or fruit. I get 24 grams of protein and its a perfect blend of carbs, fats and proteins. It also keeps me full and I like the easy breezy of it.
  • Having no idea how tall you are it's hard to tell what your protein level should be. Protein is great but you also need a healthy blend of carbs and fats. Can you give us more info so we can help you find the right goals?
  • When I first started my journey, I was on a strict 700 calories of Protein only a day. I was full and I was dropping BIG numbers. Since then I have learned to count Protein grams and water intake in ounces and I eat around 2000 a day in calories. For me, it's easier to count the proteins and it has made my journey better…
  • Amen! I actually do not eat out anymore unless absolutely necessary. Restaurants produce foods that are so high in calories, sugars, fats etc and the healthy eating menu in most are a joke.
