I think we tend to get complacent when we get to goal, maybe less focused. Though I have not met goal yet, I find that when I do well for a while, I tend to slough off, maybe even a little lazy with logging and portion control. I know that is what happens to me sometimes. I am better about getting back on track and trying…

I do this because I have some balance issues along with weakness on left side. I don't do a death grip but I do hold lightly on the rails to keep steady

I know you will do great and I think you did a very smart thing checking the menu ahead of time for better food choices, congratulations on that. Good luck with your dinner

I will probablly take a walk around the park by our house with my daughters dog. Not sure if it will be before or after eating, but it will definitely BE!

The First Time if ever I saw your face... Roberta Flack. So romantic and sultry.

to lose 15 pounds. But first and foremost not to gain anything during these holidays which are dangerous for me. The 15 lbs would be the total icing on the cake! Good luck to everyone!

I would be VERY HAPPY to get to size 10. Right now I am a size 14. When I started this weight loss journey, I was a 3x size 24/26.

small delicious ribeye steak that I have been craving for a while. Don't eat steak but once in a blue moon, but my craving seemed to coincide with the great sale they had on ribeye steaks. Must have been fate! Devoured every morsel & was still under goal by 200 cal. Now that is what I call a good day!

what a great feeling. I can't wait to get to the overweight status, hopefully soon, but I must learn to be patient!

Every day or every other day, but I record only once a week. Like a lot of posters here, I get a better idea of my "habits" good or bad if I do it more frequently. I have learned not to let it bother me if I have a slight up like a pound if I know I have been good. It also helps me when I way frequently to stay more…

I do both and they work fantastically. I have so many vhs that tells you how long I have had. Well I was able to repurchase most of them in dvd style. I have also been a member of a gym for two years. Can't let that one pass up because I got a special for $99 a year back then, no initiation fee, and guaranteed to keep at…

Maybe a bigger tv than the 25" and 27" dinosaurs we have in the house now. Then I can see all the exercise videos I use so much better! Saving money now for it. Can't wait. About 40 pounds from goal. Let the tv sales begin at the stores for me when I am ready! lol

I agree the erikkmcvay's comments as the same thiings have happened to me. And patience for me is the key. Good luck to you

You did lose quite a bit the first week, so .6 is really just probably a temporary thing. I wouldn't stress out about it so early in the came. It will work itself out if you continue to be successful with your food and exercise. Maybe just walking a little and build up time til your back is better. Good luck

wheat thin crackers, reduced fat of course, however I kind of cancel the reduced fat by the number of crackers I MUST HAVE! lol
