it's fine i guess if there's not too much rice. I would still stick to brown rice over white where possible, but seeing as most of those packs (and restaraunts) don't generally server brown rice, i guess it's unavoidable. and as i usually go out for sushi instead of buying packs, I'm not sure what you mean by "long variety…

actual sushi (as in raw fish over a little vinegar rice) or sashimi (strips of raw fish) is very healthy. sushi ROLLS are okay enough (though you'd want them w/ brown rice if possible).

I'm about 99% sure the 1200 daily = 1200 net calories, meaning after factoring in food + calories burned, you should be at 1,200. (as in, if i burn ~800 calories doing insanity, I should eat 2,000)

Could be muscle if it's not too much weight. Try taking measurements instead of weighing yourself

i eat about 1500 calories. ~120ish protein and 130 or so carbs. not much but i can't eat more than that no matter how much i want to

my dairy should be open for you to see. Like i said, I know already I have been eating too little, calorie-wise and otherwise

I'm not sure you need to be "ready" for it. I went from doing no workouts whatsoever, weighing about 210, to doing insanity every day. I also do Les Mills Body combat on the days off that insanity gives you.

I've already lost a good bit of weight on insanity, but haven't been doing the nutrition that it suggests. I'm 162, looking to lose about about 10 lbs or so, but been stuck at this weight for a while now, also trying to get more toned.
