Food that's high in calories?
I barely hit 1200 calories consumed each day, with my workouts, I'm supposed to consume a total of about 1800 calories. Are there any foods that are HIGH in calories, and still fairly healthy? The problem is, i can't eat a lot without feeling bloated, so just adding more stuff, or increasing portion sized won't help

When to workout
At the moment, I do both insanity and Les Mills pump. I just do both workouts on days they are meant to be done, no confusing hybrid of it. Wondering. I do workouts in morning usually. Should i do both at once, or insanity in morning, and les mills pump later in the day?

is doing 2 (or 3, i guess) workouts too much?
I've been doing Les Mills Combat+pump in the mornings, along with Insanity at night. Is that too much to do? Trying to lose weight and burn fat more than anything.

Wondering if anyone does both? Any how do you work them in together (if you do)? ie, back to back; one in morning, one at night; make a whole new workout calendar that uses both? any tips? or should i only be doing one of the 2?

I've been eating too few calories, and was thinking of following the insanity nutrition guide since I'm doing the workouts. But looking at it, it is extremely HIGH in protein and fiber.
