Wondering if anyone does both? Any how do you work them in together (if you do)? ie, back to back; one in morning, one at night; make a whole new workout calendar that uses both? any tips? or should i only be doing one of the 2?

I dont see why you can do two classes either back to back or morning and night. I used to lift weights in the morning and then do heart attack (body attack) in the evening.0

I love both of these classes! My gym teaches a pump/Combat fusion class once a month. Otherwise, I HAVE done them in the same day...left the gym feeling like a rock star! But ordinarily, I don't do them both on the same day. I prefer to do strength training every other day. Admittedly, Body Combat and Body Attack are my favorites! I hope you love them, too!0
