I will either wear dry-fit pants and tank top or sweatpants and a baggy shirt. Depends on my mood and what I am doing. I typically wear shoes when doing my at home workouts and I, as much as I hate it, have to wear a reg bra AND a sports bra ... gotta keep the girls in line! lol

Oddly enough, a friend just posted on facebook how she doesn't understand why some (me) want to change when we should just accept who we are. I am not ok with being FAT! I hate being FAT ... what do I want to be? Healthy, fit and happy! Your options are not any choices I would pick.

I only wish our YMCA did Les Mills classes!!! I live in Canada and the only club that can do the classes is Goodlife and my local one has no child care and I am new to the area I am in thus have no sitter! So for now, I get to use the at home one and hope for the best!

I am about to start the Combat DVD tonight so I will let you know. I got it because to me, it looks more fun and the music gets me pumped more in these than standard workout dvds. I don't know your starting what but for me, I am sure it will be hard as heck as I am def a plus size gal but I am determined!

Being heavy I could never wear heels, just wedges and I didn't have many options due to the wideness of my feet and to hear stories of you ladies who had the same issue and can now wear heels is amazing!!!
