but I lost it mostly in the kitchen. Just changing how i view food. It's not the enemy.. it's not a reward. It's fuel. Cheesecake is not the enemy.. My thought process surrounding it was the problem. i just allowed myself to eat what i want, and kept it to 1 slice or 1 serving and added lots of fresh raw veggie to my plates of food (which I always eat first) I do love veggies though. I also stopped skipping breakfast..
I started from the opposite of most others though.. I started because I was under eating. My struggle was and still is eating enough. My goals are to get healthy and stay that way. I am constantly thinking about food. What recipes are good and healthy, how I can make Chinese food something i can eat (cause msg and all the oil they use disagree with my body) New stuff. My family and my boyfriend are very supportive too, eventhough they are quite tired of hearing me talk about cooking and eating and what i bought at the farmers market. LOL I don't care. this is about me, not them. And actually it's rubbing off on my boyfriends.. as i watch him buy organic and make healthy foods for himself when he's not with me, as well as when we cook together. he helps keep me grounded in reality. Reminds me that a whole world exists outside my kitchen and i need to eat in it. Takes me to restaurants that are not something i'd pick and helps me find stuff that i can eat on the menus.
I also realized that to cut out brownies would lead to a brownie binge.. so i eat one.. small one, if I want a brownie.. and everyone is happy.0 -
oh and as a side.. i've owned the red and white outfit for years.. it just never fit before. LOL even when I bought it it didn't fit. and now the shorts are loose.0
