I find them helpful I've made more progress with them then when I was on my own. They are great in the way they also encourage you to use other gym equipment you wouldn't normally use.

Gonna email a new trainer later although just keep thinking they all know each other , I guess I just won't mention which trainer I switched from an just say I have a plan from a previous trainer I just need a new one. (might say he hasn't responded to email or text).

I still need a trainer I'm not able to challenge myself enough or have enough knowledge to create a plan . I don't know anyone else who goes to the gym. It works for mw I've gotten great results so far this way than when I was doing it without a proper plan.

Thats true I won't need to really explain anything as it was a pay by hour thing so I didn't have a contract.

I'm not exactly getting bad results with the guy he's great we got on well, he's just not responding to anything and I don't really want to be persisting any further . Thats the only reason I'm switching to maybe find someone more committed not as flaky.

Yeah I have a bit of anxiety too the gym is the only place where my mind doesn't wonder. Going to try and find a yoga dvd or even zumba just as long as I can move.

I can't go in the morning I'm not a morning person it'd take me too long to get to the gym. My schedule is 10-4 on Monday and Tuesday by the time I get home it's about 5 but at this time in the gym it's way too packed all machines and weights area would be busy. I'm doing this boxercise video and either just not doing ankle movements focusing on the upper body I can light squat a little just modifying the workout when needed. i had a look at that Banish Fat, No more trouble zones they sound pretty good an they're much longer. Maybe add in one of those instead after a while or the ripped in 30.

I weighed myself instead, I only checked the amount of calories in the many sweets was so much if I counted everything could see it ending up pretty high.

I have no idea I'm scared to check I weighed myself today instead didn't gain as much as I thought I would . But I checked the calories for the amount of sweets that was a lot of sweets alone , not counting any further I may have even ate more I just estimated.

No but I bought myself Jillian workout 30 day shred dvd. I got like 2 boxes of sweet as well as the box of chocolates already in the house.
