I'm 5'4 weighed about 10 stone at the start now I'm about 9.3-5stone . My calories is 1600 using the TDEE. I did start at 1200 but I found I wasn't losing anything and found 1200 put me starvation mode stuck at a plateau.

I don't really wear make up in the gym although I might put a little concealer under my eyes thats it. There's no point on wearing make up you'll just sweat it off.

It actually happened just after the deadlift squat suprisingly. You could be onto something. I had one last set left. It was quite a intense one.

I do think at times I was holding my breath or not breathing as well since I didn't take my asthma pump. It was was very weird and it's never happened. Or would I maybe have pushed myself to to limit? I know when I workout I try and push as hard as I can to get the most out of the workout.

Yeah I was thinking of just switching from the white pasta to wholewheat I already only have the brown bread but don't eat bread much anyway. And always have potatoes might try and eat more sweet potatoes. Bread usually makes me feel bloated The trainer did say though it's mainly the calories that matters.

Anything in McDonalds the only time I may eat there is if I've been drinking which isn't that often. I've never eaten there during the day ever. I'd say I've grown out of most fast food places really.

Moser Roth dark chocolate is nice and it comes in small bars they sell it in Aldis might sell it other places too.

I hated it at the start I found it too plain and not really nice even adding fruits. The only way I managed to eat greek yoghurt is by adding jam or strawberries.
