I live with my mum who buys junk food. What I do is go shopping and stock up on healthy food and snacks and fruit. That way I avoid the junk food. I think planning ahead helps too if you know what you're going to eat. Rather then going to the kitchen grabbing whatever when you're hungry.

I did it yesterday on my phone and got 40 (30-40) Poor Body Image I took it again on the laptop I got 49(40+) Body Hatred I guess they are both true it depends on the day tbh. they are my main reasons for going to the gym as well as it being a hobby.

I don't normally see other PTs around in the gym the one I have is really chatty and energetic compared to the others I've seen. Are yours talkative like they'd talk about your or their life? or do they just focus on the workout?

When I'm going to workout I have a water bottle , a small towel and my ipod and the armband holder. The things I leave in my locker is usually a change of clothes(sometimes) , money ,keys , towel , and my phone and eye liner .

The gym I go to hires personal trainers there's about 4/5 in mine and they're all €25 an hour. They're usually more expensive other places.

Whats TDEE? I'm on a new plan now since Fri the PT changed it now I'm on fast cardio and weights with dumbells . I don't intentionally intend to eat 1000 I just eat that amount like I usually get full quickly.

I'm going to try maybe eating a little more with the snacks like having a fruit as well at the snack time or adding hummus or something.

Yeah I'll try upping my calories to 1600 as I don't count it too much at the moment but everytime i have I end up 900-1000cals. Even though I eat 6 meals. Just need to add more in. I'll probably plan more.I'll update this if it works.

I think I am in starvation mode too I even counted so far today and I'm only on 600ish cals so far and it'll only be 900-1000cals at the end. So is the MFP calories wrong with 1200cals? I'd probably only go 3 times to the gym a week and 4 times if I can manage. How do you make up the calories I can't seem to eat enough calories ? Also I'll be dairy free haven't started as of yet I was slowly getting into it.

When I eat healthy I'm eating healthy I seem to find it harder to make up the calories. My average is probably 1000.

I'd say a year or not at all but the gym weighing machine gives me a completely different number but all other weighing scales give me the same number. I've stayed the same only lost inches. I usually eat fairly healthy when I am eating healthy I find it harder to make up the calories.

It's not the lactose I'm allergic to just the protein in the milk. Also allergic to egg whites the protein part as well. Is vegan recipes another good idea for meal ideas? I'm only going dairy free because I've been told I have a milk allergy and I need to give up all milk products. It is quite hard as dairy is in everything I like . If I had the choice I wouldn't go dairy free it seems tougher than anything else I've given up. I'm only a starter though I'm assuming it gets easier.

Member of the gym I wouldn't want to workout at home. The gym gives me something to do outside the house and I'm more focused there.

I love zumba I haven't been for a while but I love it going to go this week . I don't go too much as I don't like the evening class they're always busy.
