That is fantastic!!! And such a great feeling. I had the same thing happen to me recently. My "skinny" I can now pull off and on without unzipping and unbuttoning so I know what a fantastic feeling this is. Keep up that great work and congrats.

What do you mean by mixed macros? I was trying to get 30% of my diet to be protien but when I increased my protien my fat macros went up to high 30's low 40's. I tried to do 30ds but found it hard to stick to because 1) it was killing my knees, even with doing the modified version and 2) after a few days the repetition waS kinda boring to me. Just wondering has anyone tried mixing it up with her other videos? I.e. 30ds a few days then ripped in 30then back to shred. Ect. I think…
