Pili Pili Chili (dark chocolate lovers, THIS IS FOR YOU!)

So, I search the globe for delicious dark chocolate and I am partial to chili chocolate. Theo has been my all time favorite brand...and I love their 70% dark chocolate with chili as well as their ghost chili dark chocolate caramels (!!!)...but neither really has too much of a kick, just a bit in the back of your throat. Today, I was schooled by their Pili Pili Chili chocolate! I took one (large) bite, and my mouth is still on FIRE!!!!!!

My point here is...if chili chocolate interests you, this is a MUST TRY.

    I like chili and i like dark chocolate but I dunno about together

    i got it at whole foods...but you can order it off of amazon :)

    i'd like updates if you guys try it!

    if ordering online, you should also invest in the ghost chili caramels...UN-****ING-REAL.

    a lot of recipes call for either dark chocolate in chili or some brown sugar, both will give a more balanced taste to the spices used
    it doesn't make it sweet, just balanced very nicely, I have tried both. Its great!

    I can't eat ghost peppers--nothing above a jalapeno for that matter. But my husband is a pepper head who also loves dark chocolate. I'll tell him about it. Thanks! :drinker:
