  • Making a low carb ice-cream today. 400ml unsweetened almond milk (0.8g) 3 medium egg yolks (1.3g) 30g vanilla protein powder (0.5g) Total 2.6g for about a pint of ice-cream blended all up together, put in the freezer, break up the ice formed every 30 mins run a stick blender through it when it is most of the way there.
