How do I know which carb cout to trust
Looked at the carbs in Broccoli and got back that it has 4 net carbs/100g in two of the 4 pages below. 1.1g net carbs/100g in another one and 1g net carb per 1/2 cup (about 44g I found out for broccoli). Which one is correct? I am getting very confused looking at this. http://www.acaloriecounter.com/search/broc…
