pay attention to skirts and dresses!! When you are inbetween sizes often skirts or dresses still look flattering if a lil big- you can sit them lower or higher on your waist, or slip a cardi around your shoulders or a scarf at the neck, pair them with leggings or other layers...its helped me a lot!

swimming for sure makes me ravenous! but the other cardios or weights-leave me wanting a cold drink of water AND a hot coffee at the same time. Often I think the cold water cools me off too much and then I crave a coffee to warm me back up!

I made these! Rainbow chip cupcakes, vanilla butter cream with some almond extract and gel food colouring, and a peep! 130 cals of frosting ( 2 tbs) 151 for the cupcake (entire box of mix prepared yeilds 2700 cal, divided by the 18 portions I made) and a whole 28 cals for the peep! delish!
