Losing any amount of weight whether it is 5 Or 50 requires the same dedication, its not nonsense. Youre trying to tell me you can lose weight with the wrong mindset? Good luck with that..... But alas everybody's journey is different im going back to my 126 pound lost.

As someone who has always been plus size and initially facing the daunting task of losing 200lbs to GW. I think youre more scared of the challenge then "being comfortable being Plus Size" Its going to be hard, require dedication, but if youre not willing to go the distance now you might as well not even try to lose the 55.

Thanks Dward I was doing fine until I started law school, and then the weight started creeping back on and back to MFP I ran, lol

Im a full time law student too, and its crunch time. I just always make sure that I have healthy snacks around me. No junk food in my house.

Ive done the same with my grocery list. I haven't had fast food in a month. I always make sure to pack my food or have healthy snacks with me. Also I don't go grocery shopping hungry. Overall though just remember this journey is all about getting healthy mind and body, so yes you gained weight during the month but now…

Not once did I say "I can't or I don't'" Its just a fun little thread to get some frustration out. Talk to me once you lose 115lbs, eat 1200 calories a day, and work out for an hour every day. Then we can talk about can'ts and don't want tos :)

I'm from Atlanta too! I would try to start moving more. All small movements count. Everyday I make myself climb the stairs wherever I'm going(Marta Train, School, etc.) and when i'm driving I park in the back of the lot. You've got this though so don't worry just stick to it.

I started with 200lbs to lose too and now I only have 115! It helped me to focus on the first half of the journey instead of the full 200

Im a 1L at Georgia State Law. Ive lost 115lbs and have 85 more to go! I understand the struggle of trying to lose a lot of weight and balancing school.
