Also, a low blood sugar around 68 (3.8) is ok as long as you don't feel symptomatic. I occasionally have these lows and was worried too. Sometimes I feel them, sometimes I don't. As your body heals and the longer you are fat adapted the lower your blood sugar can go without causing a negative effect on your body. Maybe…

I'm not sure of what exactly is happening but one suggestion would be that High protein can cause an insulin response causing high/low blood sugars. Be wary of a meal consisting of a large amount of protein.

I'm planning on trying to grow my own wheatgrass again. I tried to in winter but it just didn't work for me. When we get paid again, i'll buy some more seeds and try again, now that it's summer here.

I occasionally use recipes if I get bored of what Juices I have been making. It depends on what I can afford as we are pretty broke. I find my recipes on webpages, in juicing groups and pages on FB and free eBooks from Amazon.

Most people I know who are juicing hate beetroot! lol My most favourite juice atm is 1/2 Pineapple, 1/2 large Cucumber & 1/2 - 1 Lemon. I call it Sour Pineumber Juice. I also love juicing Nectarines, Peaches and Strawberries. Yum! I add lemon & ginger to almost all my juices.

I've been juicing since the 1st of Jan, full time. I was healthily eating and juicing since the second week or so of Dec 2012.
