I did some research about the difference between fats and unsaturated fats are healthier for weight loss as well as heart health. Looking at my nutrition goals in the app though, it lists my goal for saturated fats as 17g but 0g on the polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Shouldn't I be working towards less or no saturated fats?

The saturated fat grams is the recommended maximum. There is no limit for mono/poly.

Saturated fats do not cause heart disease unless combined with sugar and carbs.

There is no recommended min or max for unsaturated so mfp leaves it blank. The number for saturated fat is the recommended max.

Actually the unsaturated fats should say N/A, but shock, MFP broke it and hasn't fixed it. But yeah, you don't have to worry about limiting those.
