What about some smoothies/juices? You could also add in protein powder or whatever is suitable for you. Yeah, thats probably it - although the breakfast I used there was from todays example, usually from Monday to Fridays I have gluten free brown bread with eggs and I'll still feel hungry after that too..maybe it's just my mind thinking I am hungry :)

I've been eating organic steel cut oats which I cook myself with added almond milk and water...doesn't make sense why I should be feeling the need to eat after that! And thanks for the reply :)

I have extra fat on my body and I have quite a small body frame, so I don't think it would be too low? :-/ I just feel really uncomfortable and self conscious of myself and if I looked like how I wanted I would feel a lot more confident.
