  • Do what you want, don't look for validation in other people.
  • It comes and goes. Some days you think, I look amazing. Other days, you see what you were before. Frankly, you just have to get out of your head about it and not worry about it. I've been into fitness and lifting weights for three years now and I can tell you, it doesn't go away. Just have to not worry as much.
  • Some people don't want to work out, then complain after two days of diet that they didn't lose 20 pounds.
  • For real, you need to not worry about that. You look good. If you're worried about guys, bigger is not better. We just want something that looks good on a gals frame. Fat sag is not as good as moderate size that fits. No offence intended, but most gals worry too much about this crap.
  • I personally like to put 2 bananas in every protein shake I eat, I have 1 a day post workout. I like the high fiber content and they fill me up so long as they were frozen. 2scoops chocolate whey 2cups fat free milk 2bananas 1/2 cup oats
