I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 weeks ago, it took my body about a week to get used to the metformin. It made me so sick the first week.

Do you lift weights? You need to make sure you add strength to your cardio. And you need to stick with things in order to be successful. The gym I go to, they suggest you do a 5 minute warm up on any of the cardio machines, then do each weight machine 1 to 2 minutes each, Wednesday being the 2 minute day, then finish up with 20 minutes of cardio. they suggest that at least 3 times a week, then fill in with cardio the rest of the week. i personally haven't…
