  • I was at a 44 DDD when I started. About 10 lbs ago I was 38 C. Now I am back to 36DD. Do they go away when you lose weight? For me, yes, until the skin starts to tighten up. Back to back problems...
  • On my good days I am 5'3! (On my bad days I get down to 5'1 1/2) 3 years ago I was 250, last year I got out of the 200's and I have lost 17 lbs this year. I am down to 168lbs which was my weight Junior year of High School. At my largest (due to medications) I was 285lbs.
  • So sorry your baby passed away a few weeks ago...I had a Westie too that went to heaven. Oh and I love how you wrote holy terror for the terrier. I think all terrier owners know how much terror they cause! Lol, but we do love our babies. :-)
  • This is my Jackson furchild. He is a 60 lb, 5 year old Alaskan Husky.
  • First thing: You do not need to lose weight to attract the right person for you. I was 250lbs when I met my fiancee, wore a size 20-22 and he was still attracted to me. He is the perfect weight, but he still wanted to meet me, even at my large self. Second thing: I know how hard it is to get your self -esteem back to good…
  • I am a non-single and loving it! YEAH! Engaged for 1 year now, with my Seth for 3 1/2 years and have many more to come!
  • The drain cleaner commercial! "I'm here to snake your drain" "I'm here to flush your pipes." That one gets me pissed off every time I see it. I mute the tv or change the channel.
  • I was on Pristiq and it was doing wonders, until I found out it has gluten in it....so as long as you are not gluten intolerant or have celiac, it should be good. However, medications work differently for everyone.
  • My family was like that all through school. I was the thinnest one in my family when they bullied me about being overweight. It has caused some issues with me, but now it is the motivation for me to lose. I decided to turn all the negative into positive, especially when my mom started asking me if I was going to stop…
  • When I don't feel like working out, all I have to do is turn on some upbeat music, which gets me in a dancing mood which either I dance for over a half an hour or I dance and workout.
  • I found out that I have a gluten intolerance by going off Gluten for a month, due to a friend's prognosis (RN). My eczema cleared up, my moods became a lot more stable, my stomach problems evened out a bit, I went from having at least a migraine a week to one every 2 months now. I have now been gluten free for over 6…
  • I have! When I started (3 years ago), I was 250 now I am down to 176. Just make sure to change it up a bit and walk along with it and it is possible.
  • I drink a lot of tea period. Green tea I tend to drink as it warms up outside and it does help me feel better. A lot of times if I am having some stomach "issues" if I drink green tea it helps settle it.
  • I use to hate mornings and it seems like now I have been losing weight, I wake up earlier...however, I am usually still really cranky and not nice in the mornings until I work out. I find I can concentrate better on my school work after working out and I have more energy for the day. It gets me going on the right track. If…
  • No, A Little old for me, plus I really don't like cowboys...but you do look good in your hat.
  • I agree with the jumping jacks better sports bra needed! During the Jumping jacks, I was dying from the flap jacks!
  • My Gal bladder was removed when I was 21 with emergency surgery, it was really full of stones and I had pancreatitus with it. The first few days were the worst, especially after I found out I was allergic to the pain medication. I was out of pain by 2 weeks and doing my normal activity within a month. However, even though…
  • A bowl of salad
  • I am just getting started with the 30 day shred! today was day 1 and I hurt like crazy, but I know I will feel good after I do it!
  • Hi! Real name is Aimee here! I am 27 years old and am 5'2 on my good days. At my largest I was 285, when I started this weight loss last October I was at 190. Currently 176. I hope to get to 150lbs where I am going to re-evaluate. I don't want to be a skinny mini, I like my curves. I just want a more defined shape (that…
  • I have really started like have a few types of fruit (kind of like a fresh, only fruits I like, fruit salad) with some cheese. String cheese is quick and easy. Oh and usually a cup of hot tea in the colder weather.
  • These are absolutely the best muffins ever. The recipe is in my Gluten Free for Dummies book... Banana Chocolate chip muffins Non-stick cooking spray 2 eggs 1/2 c. Milk 1/4 c. Vegetable oil 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 medium bananas, mashed 1 1/4 c. gluten free flour (I use white rice flour with 1 tsp of Xanthum gum) 1/2…
  • Thanks everyone. It is very helpful to know that it isn't just me and the real reason behind it.
  • I think it is an Awesome idea. I have always wanted to go back to the San Diego Zoo....so I will have 1,099 miles to walk (I live outside of Portland). I think I could get that many miles logged. :-)
  • I only see the scummy people on the east side MAX lines. I live right on the MAX on the west side and we have no problems with that. [/quote] The west side of the MAX does seem a lot less scummy. I would also avoid living too close to the Willamette, too close being within half a mile. That is the biggest buggy area in…
  • I would Avoid the Rockwood area ( NE/SE 148-190th) especially. I live in Gresham and I absolutely couldn't be happier. North Portland used to be the scary area, but it has cleaned up quite a bit, so even North Portland is good now. I would also suggest (for if you live within the Portland city limits), make sure to be a…
  • I am gluten free (I have celiac) and I mostly eat paleo now. Gluten free everything is way too expensive, so I am eating without breads or pasta (most of the time). It is not easy because I live with a glutenvore, but I am ok. It helped with my exzema, migraines, chronic pain issues, and my fainting spells.
  • I grew up in Medford...I miss some things but I love it up here in Gresham!
  • Hey Everyone, I am Aimee and I live in Gresham :-) I grew up in Medford and was Born in Bozeman :-) I love the northwest! Feel free to add me as a friend and maybe work out buddies :-)
