I have lost weight by eating cupcakes! I think the key to everything in this journey is learning how to balance. Deprivation usually leads to binge...i rather have 1/2 a cupcake every night as my "treat" than not have any for a week and then eat 3 at once!

Wow! So glad I am not the only one who can seem to just "go" when running outside. I am finally learning what my foot pace/breathing pace should be and getting to the point where I can run for longer than 3 mins at once. Like Loryna said...treadmill and outside...different monsters!

Like most people on here are saying..she has the $ to pay for a personal trainer, a chef, and a nutritionist...she does get paid to perform and be in the public eye. I will also go out on a limb and say that this is totally doable!!! At my highest weight I was in 186lbs, lost 35lbs in 4 months. All you need is motivation…

I'm 5'7 and Puerto Rican (hips!). I'm currently at 149 and hoping to be between 140-145lbs. I dont want to look sick if I get too skinny so kinda just going with the flow and seeing what my body does as I keep working out and adding different things to my routine :smile:

OMG!!! I am so confused!!! So I have been losing lbs by sticking to around 1200, not eating back my workout calories, working out on average about 1hr/day, eating healthier, and still having a piece of chocolate once in a while. I am on day 5 of Ripped in 30 and I can TOTALLY say that this DVD is worth it!!! I didn't actually sweat and felt like i was working out with 30 Day Shred this one leaves me soaked!! LOVE IT

Please add me and keep me posted of anything that helps! I am under 20lbs...more like 10lbs but the scale isnt budging!!! I'm going to try to completely face out sugars (as best as I can!) and see if that does anything :grumble:

If you have a Wii they have a game for it. It has 20 and 45 min workouts..trust me it works!! I end up drenched with the 45 min one

Yes I did work out this morning. I woke up at 545 and did 45 mins of cardio. I have been doing cardio in the a.m. and weights in the p.m.
