CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Guess the vacation did it huh? :tongue: I would say keep doing as much as you feel comfortable with as long as the Dr. approves. I read an article on Self or Shape about a woman who loved running and she did it all the way through her 7th or 8th month.

OMG!!! We have a cheesecake Factory by my "home" and I LOVE their corn tamales and the mini crabcakes!! Most times I go I order the two (which are appetizers) HOWEVER, I am so sure they are loaded in calories. Are they getting rid of those items?

I would look at both of them objectively. He has been working for the one already and has a relationship with them. Ultimately $1.00 isnt something to fret over if he doesnt feel comfortable. I would also check at how both companies measure up against each other, less commute=less gas $, benefits, possible 401K/retirement…

I did it and LOVED it! Unfortunately I didnt keep track of inches or weight lost. It is a great set of dvd's and easy to do...the squats will kill u (u've been warned!) Enjoy it!

In my opinion...i think you are eating too many processed foods and most are usually very high in sodium (water retention) and unhealthy. Try to begin cooking or finding foods that are more on the "natural" side

I did it and it worked for me. I never really had a super strict diet just adding exercise to my day since I work a desk job. I like that Debbie Seiber is not as annoying as other dvd instructors and that you feel and see the results. :smile:

I've been on both Seasonale and Seasonique, currently on seasonique. I do experience some "cravings" but nothing outside the usual. If you find that it makes you want to eat right before your TOM then just keep healthy stuff around...veggies and fruits are always better than junk food.

I just did my 1rst day today. My legs are a bit weak but other than that I feel fine. I had been doing Jackie Warner's interval training and those are either 15mins or 40.
