Varies on my long run or short run days, sometimes it's 1200, 1500 to 1700. Apparently this is what my body type should be eating and with the amount of fruits and veggies I eat it makes sense.

Hey Matt! Number one thing that has helped me motivate myself was purchasing a fitness journal. Yes there is the one on here but I like having something tangible and private ( I guess a little like a diary haha).
