Gaining muscle at home
Is it possible to gain muscle at home? I have a few free weights ( up to 15 pounds) and resistance bands but I would just like to hear that someone else was successful in building a strong and lean body (with muscle!)

Hey! Any tips for being able to breathe in the cold? I know you get used to it after a while but it generally takes me 30 minutes to be somewhat comfortable breathing in the cold air and by then I'm done my workout.
