Eat very clean and workout regularly, just need another pair of eyes to tell me what needs to change so I can lose more body fat. I have quite a bit of muscle but need to lower BF% to reach my goals.

Nutrition:

6:30 am - 1/2 oats, 1 tbl honey, 1 scoop whey powder
10:00 - banana, 1 hard boiled egg
1:00 - salad, (a variety of vegetables) with either 4 ounces of pork/chicken or 2 pieces of tofu
3:00 - 1 hard boiled egg, small apple
5:00 - 1 scoop whey protein with 1 cup almond milk
7:30 - 1 whole wheat wrap with 3 tbl of hummus OR fresh veggie and fruit juice (3 cups)
9:00 - tea :) and sometimes 1 square of 70% dark chocolate

Water intake is minimum 2 L a day but is usually 3-4 L

Fitness:

I run every day, different distances and different speeds, usually ranging from 5-10 km and sometimes a half marathon.
Strength train at home with free weights and resistance bands (can't afford a gym membership just yet) 6 days a week, separating leg days, arm days, back and shoulder days and core and back days. As well as doing 20 minutes of yoga every morning and occasionally another 15-20 minutes of yoga in the evening to wind down. I also have a stationary bike that I do intervals (30 seconds all out and 30 seconds moderate pace) for 15-20 minutes 5 days a week.

Any advice on my training or nutrition will help me out! I am 23, 150 pounds and my weight doesn't bother me but my body fat percentage is quite high especially since I've been following this life style for years now, I've come a long way and learned a lot as I've gone. Made a few mistakes in the past but have cleaned up to the plan that I wrote above, have been following that plan for about 4 months now and although I've leaned up a little but I can still grab quite a few inches of excess skin around my ribs, upper arms, hips and stomach.

Varies on my long run or short run days, sometimes it's 1200, 1500 to 1700. Apparently this is what my body type should be eating and with the amount of fruits and veggies I eat it makes sense.

I'm not an expert by any means, but I would say that increasing your strength training would help you lower your body fat percentage. When you do cardio such as marathon running it actually causes your body to store more fat than if you do short bursts of cardio mixed with strength training. I do crossfit and I've heard my coach give people this advice many times.
