  • hey, ive really cut down my calories i have 1600 a day but try to stay under 1400, i do zumba once a week in a class a couple of times a week on the wii, ive lost 4 pounds in 11 days... it was pure cutting out the rubbish, i do know what you mean though!! i havent noticed a difference and didnt think i had lost anything…

  • heyyyy, if its at the end of this month then you really haven't got alot of time to do anything major :-/... add an extra 30 minutes a day to ur exercise and you should see results... good luck

  • Nooo stay away from the selection pack...!! bad things in there!! if you really feel you should have one then do just have one as a reward for being good all day and this is your treat... do 10 minutes extra exercise to burn it off before u eat it too..... good luck and well done.
