Congrats! You're doing great!! I was in the same boat - lost tons and then a plateaus for a couple of weeks here and there. I noticed two things helped: 1. A high calorie spike day once in a while 2. Did a three day detox cleanse - wow, that really helped! Good luck!

I have a Tanita that measure body fat percentage and water weight. I have had it for five years now and it is fantastic!!

I find that it is a little too generous. I enter into my elliptical that I weigh 20lb less and that evens it out nicely! :)

Umm...the speed you go on an elliptical is up to you, you can also change the resistance level and the incline as well as go backwards. It is also easier on your shins etc... I have lost over 25lb this year and we own an elliptical. I love it! :)

Try not to think about it and just do it....for me, when I avoid the scale I begin to put weight on. You need to know where you are at - ups, downs, stalls are all art of the journey to everyone. Go for it!

Took Pristique and then switched to Effexor last year and piled on weight like crazy!!! Honestly, what I do now is take an Ativan if I am really needing to calm down once in a while - nothing else. Also, if you are not exercising already - start now!!! I will help anxiety and depression so much! Good luck!! :)

I just wanted to jump in and say that eating south beach style has really helped bring down my belly over the past few weeks. I started Jan 1 in phase 1 and I am down 18 pounds. Belly fat is the first to go on this program :) Amazing work by many ladies in this thread!!!
