Yes diluting them is better than no water, and yes it's a mental thing, you might try seeing a shrink.
-
Don't do it, everybody that drank raw milk before Louis Pasture learned how to make it safe,,,,,,, died.
-
And so will veggie eaters, so what is your point?
-
That statement is not true, or maybe I should say the implication of that statement is false. If you compare vegetarian to the Standard American Diet "SAD" yes there are certain health benefits. But if you compare it to a healthy omnivorous diet there is no benefit to being vegetarian. And as for environment, there is no…

Really? I'll take Nigella anyday over that skin and bones sickly looking Annette
-
Really, I don't recall any meat eaters trying to talk veggies out of eating their veggies. IN FACT I bet every meat eater here also eats some veggies. However I do see veggies trying to make it so we can't eat meat. And that is the ONLY problem I have with vegans. I could care less what someone eats, you could have a diet…

I do, what is your point

The advent of agriculture (plant based diet) shortened our lives. Skip to 29:00 to hear more. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6b7zJ-hx_c

Sad very sad. You say you don't like the Standard American diet, but you by into all the other false "facts" put out there. If you are happy in your chosen lifestyle good for you. But please look up real facts and stop with the mis-information.

the "yuk" feeling is your body changing from a carb burning machine to a fat burning machine. You don't have to go thru this. Just make sure you get good carbs. Sweet potato (I make hash browns with them for breakfast) berries, veggies, a little brown rice or oat meal. You don't have to go super low carb to be Paleo. It's…

Yes

You are doing fine. Start slowly, remove the things you "know" you should remove, study, read, ask questions, and refine your diet as you go. IMO if you will just remove most/all gluten you will be so much better off. Then start replacing processed foods with real food as much as you can.

So why did you feel it necessary to make a untrue statement? If he went into detail, did you think that making a undetailed statement, that is not true, would sway people to like you or something?
-
So "that" poster not going into detail is in need of correcting, but you stating "Sugar doesn't turn to fat" and not going into detail is,,,,, well everyone should know what I mean! LOL have a great day
-
Safe? I suppose it depends on how you classify safe. Is there some evidence it "can" harm you, yes. Personally I like to stay away from artificial anything.
-
Well, yes it does, if you have an excess amount, just like protein, or fat
-
Well, that statement is not true.
-
I feel ya, you have to go to a "jean" store, like Levi's or something simular, or order them.
-
It might be your body cleansing it's self, give it awhile it may clear it's self
-
Most of the flavor is in the "jello" on top. You didn't throw that part away did you? You might need to cook it down more if it's watery tasting. Did the bones have any meat on them? Did you add any seasoning, salt, pepper? Spices, like a bay leaf, parsley?
-
sounds wonderful, I'm thinking I might give this a go.
-
Not sure why you would be worrying about carbs if you are not wanting to lose more weight? Like said above yams are good cal boosters, more berries, and fruit wouldn't hurt either. I do Paleo too, and I look at it like this, carbs are ok as long as they are paleo carbs. Paleo is not a low carb diet, it's low carbs because…

anything with "hydrogenated" in it is not safe.

again one has nothing to do with the other, ignorance is bliss I guess.

you can eat crap all your life and not know it, until you get rid of it and then reintroduce it. intolerance or allergy, whatever, splitting hairs to make yourself feel better. Not all allergies cause you to go into shock. My remarks were pointed to you not the OP, you said there was no correlation between how the OP feels…
