Same boat. I have 38kgs I need to get rid of to get out of the danger zone. I was good 3 years ago, but then I got a consuming job, and yeah.

Every morning, after business, before consuming anything. I have a Withings/Nokia Body+ scale, so I like seeing the graph on their site. Weighing more often than that gets pointless and it's the most controlled time of day.
