  • It's a really fun cardio workout that gets you in the shape you want to be in! You really should try it out. It might be a little difficult at first, while you learn the moves, but once you learn them, it's pure joy doing it!
  • I was in the same shoes when I started...just keep doing the workouts, don't get discourages and you will master them. It took me about 2-3 weeks. But seriously, don't let anything bring you down. Take a break if you have to, see the breakdown if you have to, but keep going. Persevere!!

  • Hi! My advice to you: don't do that. Honestly, it is too much stress on the body: running and Turbo fire. I also couldn't lose weight with Turbo Fire until I realized that I was eating too much. Try doing 1500 cals a day and Turbo, I bet you'll lose weight! Good luck!
