I've been doing IF for 5 weeks now. Not an expert. I workout while fasting - lifting heavy weights with no problems. On a side note- a lot of IF sites recommend LCHF which is why I'm here. I got alot to learn. Dr jason Fung is awesome. Watch his youtube videos

All going good after my first month. I've modified in that I no longer eat breakfast. On non-fast days, I only eat lunch and dinner with normal calories. I try to eat only 1 meal. It seems easier to me. My main goto is a cheese omelets with lots of veggies. Then I will have either salad or yogurt or nuts to get me to the 500 calories. Love omelets. I've only been doing this for a month. Sometimes I'll have chicken

I just completed week 2 and am very happy with how things are going. I'm finding fast days really easy. Since I'm still so new, i'm definitely staying on it for March. But I see this as an easy lifestyle change going forward.

I think you are taking it the wrong way. We are not saying that he is right. I'm suggesting that he might be just an idiot and not a perv. She needs to tell him again not to touch. However, you do have to realize there are lots of sports that do this. Doesn't make it right but doesn't make them either pervs.

For the looking that's his job. He needs to be watching you. The slap is wrong. Speak up or it will start to effect your workout. Wow, me too. I hit my all time weight. low the day before Christmas and couldn't motivate myself to continue. But I am now. We can both do this. I have a goal pair of shorts - only $20.
