Yes!! My boyfriend has been eating high protein dinners for the past three weeks, loaded with veg, and he clears the plate every time! Makes me happy as he wasn't the healthiest eater before either.

Hello! I'm 27 and my current weight is 149 but I'd love to get down to anything under 140. My lowest weight (when I was 18/19) was 126 - oh how lovely that was! Think that weight might be unrealistic now, but if I could get to 130 I would not complain.
