  • I have no idea if this is medically sound advice or not, but I have found that sometimes weight gains/ losses take more time than I think to "catch up" on me. So the weight gain could be a delayed response from Christmas..
  • I tend to work out in the mornings but never as early as you. That said sometimes I do not eat before working out. I have some water and sip water in between whatever activity I'm doing and then eat after. If I am hungry I maybe eat a banana (slowly!) or drink coconut water + eat the meat. Do not eat if you're not hungry.
  • Thanks for the help everyone. I will be in London, so yeah lots of gyms to choose from. :) I think I'll just spring for a trainer so that I know what I'm doing...and I have to just work on not caring what people think..... don't know why gyms scare me so much. I'm not even super unfit or anything it just is unfamiliar…
  • I did 1/2 of the 30 day shred. I had to leave the country 1/2 way through so I stopped and didn't re-start it lol...but it was pretty good while it lasted ;P
  • Please feed your baby REAL food. I was extremely thin as a child because I ate real, healthy food. It's only when I started contemplating the IDEA of dieting that I began to gain weight (rebounds...and not feeling satisfied with diet foods)
