Omg this happened to me yesterday too. You don't absorb any calories until food hits the small intestine. However, you probably didn't vomit out everything you ate. Sooo I wouldn't change your log.

So I tried this again, and i added 1/4 a banana + some coffee creamer in hopes of it not separating. Annd it did not come out as a frappe. it came out BETTER. I know, coffee and bananas, some of you migh be going :noway: . but i swear to god this is AMAZING. I was obviously born in the wrong colombia :laugh:

if i'm measuring for a dress, then around the thinnesst part of my body (lowest rib/side bend place). If I'm measuring to see weight loss, then arround the fattest part of my stomach, which is right under my belly button.

my heart. ahaha no, actually 1 serving packet and a splash of milk (doesn't matter what kind). You can buy certain grinds of coffee that have flavor in them instead of using creamer.

Ahaha I'm sure it's not that bad. Nitrogen-containing compounds make you smell, so it's probably ur protein intake. Sweat doesn't actually smell, but when bacteria nom nom on the stuff in the sweat, they make stinkies. So yeah, s' not ur fault.

So I have a new goal this week! Eat LESS SUGAR. I did some quick calculations and more than 25% of my food calories are coming from sugar! :( 63 g of it is artificially added too. Boo, time to wean myself off. Whose with me?

Sure :) It should be a two part division process FORMING gametes. The gametes themselves don't divide.
