high-cal healthy food or low-cal junk food?
Going out to eat tonight, and the restaurant's online menu does not look friendly haha If you HAD to choose, which would you eat? MFP does not adjust sodium?
Even though I'm eating 1300 net cals a day, it's still giving me a recommended sodium intake of 2500 mg, the recommended MAX for someone on a 2000 cal diet. Should I be adjusting my sodium? MFP does adjust for fat, protein, carbs, fiber, and iron, but not for sodium (or potassium for that matter)?

So I was wondering, and this may be a stupid question, but you know how hard workouts make microscopic tears in your muscles?
