The thing that has helped me most with energy levels has been exercise. Yes it is hard to start, but start slow. Build up. You will get stronger and you will become more energetic. Every day tasks will become easier for you when you are stronger.

haha. With spinach it took me ages to figure it out but the key is to add baby spinach to smoothies, rather than just any old spinach. Baby spinach doesn't leave any bitter taste but just nice vitamins and a green colour.

I gained a minimal amount of weight when I did it for 20 days, but my body fat % went down & so did my measurements. My shoulders looked more muscular afterwards. In 3 days it probably is water retention, but do make sure you take other measurements & not just weight as gains are demoralizing. It's about a week and a half…

oh no! maybe you need to focus on different goals? Like at the gym focus on getting stronger, lifting heavier, running further or faster.. and don't focus as much on calories burnt so long as you're going.
