I would say being selfish or just plain grumpy all the time. Definitely a happiness killer!

I'm curious, also! I think most people just log it as kickboxing (including Turbo Jam) cardio, but for the Sculpt and Ab Jam, it seems like it should be put under something else, since the cardio isn't quite as intense in those.. more focused on strength, in my opinion. Anyone have any thoughts??

I don't usually wear my wedding ring when I work out, as my hands swell a lot. The fear of losing my ring or damaging it.. would play into my thoughts if I didn't always swell when I work out. So for now, at least, I don't wear it.
