Morning!
I am new to these boards and i have been at this weight loss game for many years. Two years ago, i was doing great, then circumstance came in and i returned to my pattern of crap food eating and late night binging.
My world has been out of control since then, so i am taking baby steps now to get it back under control. First is writing what i am eating and make better choices ... and sticking like glue to these boards for help and encouragement!
I just wanted to officially say "hello" Hope everyone is having an easy Thursday morning!

We've all fallen off the wagon at one point or another but it's great when we are finally aware pick ourselves up and carry on ....
As we realize in that moment we soon begin to see and understand it's not just about Weight Loss it's about Leading a Healthier Lifestyle and to Experience all the Benefits that accompany that choice
It sure does seem that you're determined to do this the right way this time and get positive results .....
and small steps are great! One step at a time - "Small Changes Lead to Great Results"
