I agree with this. You have gone over your calorie intake quite often, even if you count in the exercise calories. Cut back on your intake and stay under your calorie goal - see if that makes a difference. Good luck!

As a member of the IBTC, I have to tell you - the grass is always greener. Embrace those babies and be pround of them - they will get you a lot of free drinks! Don't let the sizes get you down. If you have a great bra fitter then I'm sure that she can recommend a great tailor!

I switched from soda to green tea. It definitely helped. Just be careful not to drink too much green tea, as I have heard that overconsumption can make it more difficult for your body to process iron properly.

Usually zero. I only drink water and zero calorie green tea. The exception is if I go out drinking - 4 shots of vodka is over 400 calories. I always try to excercise in the morning if I know I'm going to be drinking that night!

I didn't - but I'm sure you'd find that you would lose inches around your wait. Any time you quit drinking carbonated beverages you should lose an inch or two around your waist in about a week because you won't be bloated from all the bubbles!
