I have an 8mo old daughter and reading this both infuriates me and breaks my heart. I am so sorry!! What is wrong with people these days?!

First off, Congrats on the baby!! My biggest suggestion is an Ergo carrier or a good woven wrap. I know you said you had the peanut sling. I'm a bit of a babywearing fanatic. Peanut slings are great but if you truly want a carrier that is hands free, comfortable and you are able to nurse in, I would suggest getting a soft…

Ive tried a few PWOs. Spark, xfit trainer, noexplode, isagenix eshot, PHD wired. I like the PHD wired. GIves me energy without the jitters and doesn't send me running to the bathroom. I'm afraid to try Jacked though.

I did cheerleading for 10 years and have always had terrible knees. Sometimes I find they hurt during crossfit when I dont take adequate rest days, and also when I dont squat past parallel. If I squat just above or right at parallel, then it kills my knees. Gotta get low!

Lift.Heavy.

I agree, its frustrating. We were trying to find our 1RM for Deadlifts last weeks. I lifted the 135# like 4 times. It was nothing. I could have lifted it AT LEAST 4 more times. But yea, I tried to lift 155# afterwards and it wouldnt budge! I was pretty bummed.

*Bacon *Eggs *Almond butter *Chicken, beef, turkey, salmon, tuna, etc *Trail mix/nuts *Protein Powder, I use METRx Protein Plus. I got it at Trader Joes for $24. I has 46g protien per 2 scoops. Lots of victories for me this week. 24" box jump in a WOD, max box jump 30". Max deadlift 135x4. I think I could have done 145 but we don't have 5s at our box. Maxed my back squat at 115x6. Got a few 75# hang cleans in, which makes me less nervous for my competition this Saturday. And best of all I got my kipping pull up…

I havent gotten my post partum flow back yet so I cant really say if working out helps with the cramps or heaviness. But I second what someone said above about switching to a Diva cup. The chemicals in disposable pads/tampons cause horrible bleeding and cramps. They actually make your period go longer than normal as well.…

My profile pic is from 2mo progress of doing crossfit which incorporates lifting. The picture on the left is Dec 2012, right is Feb 2013

Rome wasn't built in a day. I need that on a shirt! @kelr0110, I envy your 195# DL! I just did my first 24" box jump in a wod yesterday. They were actually burpee box jumps. Oh the joys! haha. I dedicated myself to 20" box jump for the month of Feb and ended up doing 1,591 that month. Last week we did a max box jump and I…

I do crossfit 5x a wk. I've been going for about 2 1/2mo now. Today we did a pre-WOD max deadlift (I got 135#), 25min amrap of 7 push press (65#) 12 ring dips, 20 ab mats and 60 jump rope. I got in 9 1/2 rounds and finished up the wod with a 1,000meter row and some hang clean practice (75#)

I love fat, always have. When I was a kid my mom use to cut off the fat on the steaks after cooking them and set it aside for me because it was my favorite part. These days I eat all sorts of protein, lean or not. Steaks, burgers with cheese and bacon, chicken, fish, etc.

I lift = ) although I just started 2mo ago. I CF (please dont throw rocks at me) and every morning I wake up praying for deadlifts, hangcleans or back squats. I will never understand the runners and eliptical peeps. I loathe running!! = P All in all I'm working on learning more about lifting and practicing form and…
