I considered the possibility of it being the result of something else. But it ONLY happens when lifting heavy/heavier and nothing else hurts. It also stops a few seconds after I'm done lifting so I think the culprit is all my weight is going to my heels. My flat feet do not like it lol.

yes, as long as they behave. I dont really like to take them as woding is my "me" time. but every once ib awhile I will drag them to the box. Mine are 3yrs and 10mo :-)

So should I make sure Im inhaling before I go down into the squat? I usually do 55# when doing OHS but did 65# today since it was a short workout. I'm going to work on going lighter and not doing the tuck/wink. Apparently it can hinder your OHS by like 30#! Or so I hear.
