Had my second CrossFit competition yesterday. We had to do max front squats first. I got 115lbs but wasn't very happy with it. My partner got 145!! Oly lifters/Crossfiters.. need help.
Today while working on my OHS I was told I'm doing something called a "butt tuck"? Supposedly I tuck my butt when I am getting ready to come back up from the squat. Anyone have any tip/tricks on how I can avoid this? On a side note I got a 1RM 95# OHS PR!! whoop whoop = )

53lb KB swings!
Did 50 (35#) kb swings and 50 push ups for time post wod. Took me 4min 25sec. Now coach wants to move me up to 53lbs kb swings. FIFTY THREE POUNDS!!! That KB is frigging huge. This should be interesting. =P

Are you sore after every WOD?
Are you sore after every WOD?? Because I'm not. I mean, I was the first week, and maybe half of the second week, but now that I'm on my third week I find that I'm not really sore at all. Is that normal? Do you think that maybe I'm not pushing myself hard enough?
