I love food too much to eat such a low # of calories. I would rather work my butt off in a killer workout and eat a decent amount of calories than be hungry all the time.

I do crossfit 5x/wk and the workouts range from 20-45min. So roughly 1hr and 40mins to almost 4hrs a week.

I did a push press with 10s on the bar today!!! That was my goal for the end of the month and I did it today!!
