Thank you whoever dragged this old thread up - just wanted to repost and say 2 years later I have been able to maintain the weight-loss through becoming interested in running. I now eat over 2000 calories a day again but train a lot! I just wanted to let everyone know that losing weight and keeping it off is possible,…

I'd say... Physical: My legs. I've always been quite happy with them, they're long and now toned as well. Non-physical: My determination. Honestly, I don't know many people as determined as me and I pride myself on that.
-
@angel823, main pic... you can see your pretty face most clearly.

I totally agree. I made the switch to porridge earlier this year and I will not be going back everr! It keeps me full for so much longer. I have mine with chopped banana & raspberries!

I always wanted smaller breasts and now I have them, I want bigger. I don't think women are ever really happy! My boobs were literally the part of me that lost the most weight though - I went from 38 DD to 32 C :(

If my Mum tried to stop me wearing what shoes I wanted, I would not be happy. Given I am 19, but at the same time, she is16, she wants to wear these shoes to event and it's not going to hurt anyone. Yes I think 15/16 year olds wearing shoes they can't walk in is funny, and most of the time doesn't suit them - but it's all…

I don't. But I'm not really romantic at all. I do believe there are certain people we "fit" together with better but I don't believe there is someone out there meant for everyone or that we should just "wait for the right one". But then again, maybe if someday I do find the "right one", my views may change.

For me, it's Candice Swanepoel. Ahhh she is just what I want to look like, although only in my dreams!

Egg / Tuna Salad Wraps Sandwiches (peanut butter & banana are my favourite, weird I know!) Soup Nuts/Berries are good too.

No. I eat ~200g a day, it hasn't hindered my weight loss in any way, I have just learnt to go for the nicer carbs eg potatoes, wholemeal pasta, wholemeal bread etc.
-
In no particular order Raspberries Quaker Oats Porridge Sachets (standard breakfast!) Hovis small wholemeal bread (only 56kcal per slice, so much better than the others!) Peanut Butter Lettuce (with every dinner!) Onken Fat-Free Natural Yoghurt Bananas (I know they're not the best fruit, but literally my favourite thing)…

Crushed chillies & salsa... mmmm, so good. I also use Helmann's Lighter than Light mayo as well.

I've lost 60lb over freshers - it's all about what you go for. I have veeeery nearly made it through freshers without ever getting a takeaway, very proud of that! Porridge is great, but I only have it for morning meals - but the sachets are great because it does the measuring for you, you don't need to weigh anything, and…

Just had some Ben & Jerry's cookie dough... mmmm. But it was a special treat and I don't have it all the time. Usually I have a piece of fruit, or some crackerbread with choccy philadelphia, or some pb butter & toast, along with tea/40 cal hot chocolate.

Sorry, missed you out by accident. Maybe Holland? Just because you seem tall haha!

I'd say English.

SO MUCH. Brussel Sprouts Cucumber Natural Yoghurt Peanut Butter Now some of my favourite foods!

Not good at all.... but it has improved a lot since I lost weight. I feel a lot happier and healthier now but my self esteem still sucks.

Ahh this is my first time EVER being brave enough to take a picture of myself in a bikini. 65lb on from the start of my weight loss journey & I am finallyyy happy with how I look in one. Still a bit of toning work to do but I don't think I've done too badly for losing 65lb! Sorry for the quality of the photos - I took them…
-
I always do. It reminds me of what I used to be like - so clueless about food!

Beautiful Ireland! :) This beach is about 10 minutes from my house. I wish we had the weather to enjoy it more.
-
I love Tesco Sultana Bran or Special K, although both are sugary and they don't fill me up anything like good old porridge.
-
Just keeping this for later! THANKS
-
You look amazing - great job! Such a big chance only in a few months.

Just keep going and try not to worry about sticking exactly to the 1200, rather concentrate on the exercise and fitness and that will allow you to eat more. Also, shop around for lower calories food and snacks. My big downfall was that I had no idea how many calories were in the foods I was eating - but now the bread I eat…
